Valad can supply four basic control panels:
(1) Remote Mechanical
(2) Integral Mechanical
(3) Remote Solid State
(4) Integral Solid State

Note: 100 kW heater requires 130 ampere load, will use 200 ampere disconnect.

On multi-stage control boxes, 3 or greater, a solid state staging controller should be used.

Control panel will have the following components:
  1. Six staging contacts (primary)
  2. Six staging contactors (secondary)
  3. Control transformer 440/120
  4. Transformer to be fused
  5. Through cover disconnect
  6. Terminal block for remote thermostats (six)
  7. Terminal block for duct stat
  8. Terminal block for sail switch
  9. Terminal block for manual hi-limit thermostat/one per stage
Valad will assign a drawing number to each control box when order is placed. Prints of the control box and wiring diagram will be put on file and a copy sent to customer for future reference.

Customer to list all the components (See Example A).
